Leads Groups
The purpose of a leads group is to facilitate the generation of business leads for members of the group through a networking environment. These groups are combinations of individuals from the business community who meet once a week to share ideas, information and ultimately exchange leads/referrals. There are 6 of these groups that meet and they range in size from 15 – 35 members. Each group includes only one representative from a particular product or service.
Monday Noon

business before hours 
Join us before work for our networking event! You'll be able to catch up with members, new and
old and make meaningful connections that will lead to successful business. Food and beverages are served. Hosted by different member businesses, the Business Before Hours is limited to 30-50 people, attendance set by the hosting business. Registration through Member's Only. Business After Hours
Spend a few hours catching up with friends, making new business contacts, and enjoying good food and drink at Business After Hours - one of the Chamber's most popular, on-going events! This monthly networking event hosted by a Chamber member business, offers attendees a relaxed but purposeful networking atmosphere, capped off with some great drawings and giveaways. Business After Hours is hosted by the Membership Services Committee and occurs on the fourth Thursday of every month.

Please join us for our September Business After Hours, in which the Bozeman Chamber has partnered up with Downtown Bozeman Partnership, Prospera Business Network and the City of Bozeman's Economic Development Council to make this event one to remember!
Chairman's roundtable
Chamber members can join Chairman of the Board, Jennifer Sipes and CEO Daryl Schliem in a roundtable. Members will have the opportunity to discuss Bozeman business issues, concerns with their business and ways that the Chamber can assist in solving business problems. Each session will have a slightly different topic centering around the Chairman and the CEO discussing business issues.

TECDD Lunch & Learn
Developed by the Chamber's Training, Education & Community Development Committee, these 90-minute
courses tackle a range of business topics designed to address the core issues facing Montana employers.
Lunch & Learn is held the second Wednesday of every month. Cost is $15 for Chamber members; $30
for non-members.

Eggs & Issues
Expert speakers address timely, local (and many times, political) issues presented once a month over breakfast. Past speakers have included
Montana's secretary of state, congressmen and women, informational bond issues, senators and local elected officials. This program is hosted by the Government Affairs Committee.

Business Expo - October 27, 2011 at Holiday Inn
Hosted each fall by the TECDD Committee, the Business Expo is a half-day seminar to enforce topics and issues that business owners are facing all year long. The day starts off with a luncheon that honors great business people in the community with an awards ceremony. Then, the participants have many classes available to take that are taught by local professionals. These classes range from Social Media, Marketing, Business plans, and much more! Throughout the afternoon, vendors are located all over the break locations for you to network and connect with.

Awards for Excellence - February 2012
Each year the MSU/Chamber Relations Committee honors 2 local business people for their service to MSU and the business community with the Community Excellence Award. This banquet also honors top students in each of MSU's colleges as well as the student's professor or mentor of choice.. The MSU/CRC committee is an integral part of this event as they assist with all logistical aspects of the banquet.
Annual Agriculture Banquet - March 2012
The Gallatin Valley Agriculture Committee in conjunction with the Bozeman Area and Belgrade Chambers hold this annual awards banquet to celebrate the partnership between the Gallatin Valley farming and ranching community and the Gallatin Valley business community. This banquet is also held to recognize the Outstanding Farmer/Rancher of the Year, Outstanding Junior Farmer/Rancher of the Year, Outstanding Service to Agriculture and Special Agriculture Operations award winners. Farm Fair
Led by the Gallatin Valley Agriculture Committee, the Farm Fair is a day of fun for grade school kids in the Bozeman area. Students come to learn about ranching, farming, and the importance of agriculture to our community and valley. Kids participate in workshops, activities, viewing & petting animals, and learning about farming.
4th Annual Cat Kick off party- September 15, 2011
New to the Chamber, this social event is Bozeman business's kick-off to the college football season. The event is held at the Bobcat Stadium in early fall. Started in 2008 to celebrate the new "Turf," it is now a party where local business people are joined by Montana State University coaches and football players to show their support for Bobcat football. Leadership Bozeman 24
How does a community ensure that its future will wind up in the hands of people who can maximize it's assets and minimize it problems? Leadership Bozeman was created by the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce in 1987 to develop informed, vigorous, skilled and effective leaders for involvement in all facets of the community, public and private. This eight month class consists of one full day per month where the participants learn about a different aspect of the community each month, enabling them to participate and serve in their community as an informed business member. Selection begins in July, and the classes run August through May.

Chamber Annual Gala - January 2012, TBD
Each year the Chamber reports back to its members in the form of an Annual Meeting and Banquet. Held at the beginning of the year, this is a great opportunity for our members to mingle with each other, catch up with friends, and see what the Chamber has been up to for the past year. It is also the first look into the new things the Chamber will be working on in the coming year. In our 102nd year, the Chamber is celebrating the next 100 years, and supporting the Bozeman community. We are also recognizing the Town & Gown relationship between Montana State University and the business community that is so important to our town.
Chamber CLASSIC Golf Outing - August 12, 2011 at bridger creek golf course
Now in its 22nd year, the Annual Bozeman Chamber Classic Golf Outing is a great day to get out and try your best on the local links with other Chamber members. This year's golf outing will be held on Friday, August 12th at Bridger Creek Golf Course. Golfers receive lunch, refreshments on the course, free range balls, a free mulligan, a free raffle ticket and entry into the putting contest.
Tee-off is at 11:30; Registration from 9:00 - 11:00 am.
