Welcome! We are pleased to share the 2011 Choices Benefit Options for the Montana Chamber Choices Health Program. The year 2011 marks our entrance into the 7th year of the Choices plan.

We are committed to providing stable and affordable rates to the small employers of Montana.

Choices

As of January 1, 2009 we have 11 different plan options to choose from, including two options with health savings accounts.

Wellness and Prevention

Encouraging our members to seek appropriate preventive care and to take advantage of the $300 wellness benefit available in each health plan is a cornerstone of how we do business. Furthermore, as of January 1, 2009 we added employee assistance program, maternity support, life insurance, preventive dental and a colonoscopy screening.
