At times, Leaders are faced with addressing underperforming employees. In this session we will address processes for improving poor performance and tips for making the right hires.
Tuesday, May 5 | Employee Retention
Losing employees is both disruptive and costly. In this session we will address steps that can be taken to improve retention as well as early warning systems that will give us time for corrective steps.

Wednesday, May 6 | Choices for Health & Relationships
In this session we will address Personal Choices to improve our health and our many relationships. New choices partnered with time can create dramatic long term improvements.
